That is all true, no one made any money on the CG merger attempt. Plus I will point out that there never was an official PR saying the deal was dead. I am not convinced CG is not now part of Emerging Franchises. If you inquire about a Franchise opportunity with CG, Samantha Rincione contacts you. I suspect they are represented by EF now and ultimately may be part of this merger. That is just speculation, but if you connect the dots and were involved with the fiasco last summer, as I was, I think my scenario is a pretty good bet.

That is EXACTLY why I never called this a scam. It was a deal/attempt gone bad, PERIOD. If it had been a scam, they would have been diluting out the ying yang.
