IPCI mgmt. was told numerous times how to go about pulling their nobo/obo list, shareholder position reports and monitoring the daily and weekly activity on the DTC sheets.
Hell I probably only called Domenic Della Penna 5 times the entire time he was CFO and anytime I even brought up the subject of shorts/manipulation he was adamant that he and mgmt. were already monitoring the trading activity.
But he was also beyond adamant that IPCI and their assembled presentation team were supposedly more than prepared and well equipped for Rexista adcom and we all saw the result of that supposed preparation right lol.
The only reason I even brought up the subject of shorts and manipulation with Domenic was due to the fact IPCI had just got halted by the Toronto Stock Exchange for that fake buyout press release put out by the manipulators...and mgmt. at the time was supposedly pizzed because receiving a halt order from the TSX came with an automatic investigation of mgmt. and the board of directors...so I told Domenic at the time the easiest way to provide the TSX with concrete evidence of who was behind the blatant fake news buyout offer bs and ensuing phony baloney run up in share price was to pull the nobo/obo, order a shareholder position report from the t/a and pull the DTC sheets...by combining all 3 lists the manipulators would be easily identified...but of course nothing further ever came from that suggestion
