mmtc BS. Franks is over 90 years old and incapable of such decision-making. Franks is the only PostMaster General to be fired in US history. Sexual harassment and illegal use of postal resources (felony fraud) were his crimes. As you can see, mmtc keeps theft and fraud as central characteristics of its insiders. mmtc REALLY SUCKS
