I think Trava, SHIFarms/EWSD I, are working closer together than you think. I think they understand where we are legally. I mean if Notis owns EWSD, and according to the SHIfarms website they are EWSD I but the Trava dude is the SHIfarms money.
It just appears to me its a way of moving money or resources to keep production going. Because they all know as soon as something happens on the federal level the whole sector will pop, not just on speculation, but on actual demand for the product from consumers.
In the grand scheme, Notis isn't in debt a lot of money. With both pivots going and the greenhouses, Notis could pay back the debt in less than a year. I'm hoping since they had success with the test batch they just harvested that 2018 season will be in max production for the farm.
