Does it really matter? It's not like those values are reflected in the current PPS anyways... Heck, not even our share of TRW is reflected in the PPS....
As long as TRW performs and grows, we can have a write-off every year and a negative EPS and still the PPS should (...) go up.
Also, when TRW does it's pre-IPO SIAF will most likely have a gain (even if they have the stock dividend) which will counter a write-off. And even more so at the IPO of TRW.
Same goes with CA - maybe even more so.
PS. Not that it matters for your argument, but the fish pond is 17 782 371 USD (and fish farm 2 is 6 000 000 USD). Also, we might not have to take a full write-down.
