Not arguing really. I've wondered what a much higher dose would do. Have to wonder if the dosage is really dialed in. That said, I was happy to see that they achieved the results that they did. I suspect also that the drug is working in patients with varices too. it's just harder to tell. Wonder if they'll allow the patients who responded positively to continue treatment?
