Why in the last 18 months has the O/S increased from 1.1 million to almost 8 Billion and time for another reverse split.
Truly amazing that Cellucci with all of his big talk and he can't get conventional financing and has to use soul crushing toxic financing.
Cellucci is a gasbag that hasn't accomplished anything with Bravatek other than crush shareholders with reverse splits.
