R/S will drop the share price like a rock. Say they do a 10 for 1. That brings the 990 million shares at .2375 to 99.9 million shares at $2.38. Then guess what, according to the vote that passed Derek can reissue shares up to the original 990 million. Your $2.38 stock plummets again due to dilution. Dilution has to happen soon.
