No way! 100% Impossible for at least a few more years since AFTC is not on the risky "Permanently Revoked" status yet and it is still at the Normal and Safe "Revoked" status! The "Revoked" status means "no way to be suspended" and such status Non-Reporting OTC stock is just like a regular Reporting one!
Nowadays even a "Permanently Revoked" OTC stock can still be traded for many years (I have many examples) until some new "Reinstatement" action happens again because Nevada state had changed the old rule most recently...
Charter Revoked and Suspension from trading are 2 completely different issues. Corporate Revocation happens at the State level. So discussion about revocation is irrelevant to your question.
Suspension has nothing to do with state corpora regulations.
