GC’s count of RESTRICTED shares was NOT impacted by the reverse split. AND they still convert at the same pre RS level.

obviously coates and mosel cannot give out specifics, then how do you know coates is headed for the Nasdaq?

"GC's stock holdings were also effected by the RS the same as all other stock holders. That's right, GC's stock count was also divided by 200. This leaves the door wide open for future "forward splits".

Too much time to two wheels than to 200th splits. Mr. Sun & 60 degrees made me do it.
