Point taken. For the moment, let's put aside that UNGS has all of the appearances of a scam. I think Wayne is working his plan for UNGS. That starts with these UNGS spin-offs. And, it likely ends with cash flowing from each one of those spin-offs. Once the cash cow becomes evident, he's going to milk it for all it's worth.
