Agreed. I'm not worried about JNSH's solvency, which I noted earlier.

I also believe they're going to benefit significantly from either a settlement or jury decision.

JNSH is a great small private company that happens to be public. I haven't seen anything from Howe yet that suggests otherwise.

Like I said before, I want my impression to ultimately not be true.
