LMAO... Last eight years economy had sucked and many company's plans for expansion did go thru so why would this surprise you LOL.... He was lucky enough to save and weather thru until now and with this robust ass kicking economy we have now his plans for more stores and adding partnerships/acquisitions is a perfect time to take advantage of it.
