I simply put the new guidelines for OTCM CE. In no possible way can that be considered fake news LMAO It explains why CWIR got the CE. It also goes into detail of what is expected of OTC companies now. They want to clean this cesspool up and are demanding transparency. This is a huge step to ending all these scam companies like CWIR.
