Well, they did warn us up-front that there might be a (full or partial) write-off of the 18MUSD, so we might very well have that in Q4.

What about the 5MUSD in post-aquisition profits they mentioned? Is that the 23.89%? I assume that profits from the additional 12.71% are "lost", i.e our 36.6% stake is valid from October 5th so whatever profits from the 12.71% belongs to the MF-partners and will not be corrected)
