Lots of boarded up real estate everywhere too because of overmanipulation of price, worth, value mainly for greed of those who market deceptively who benefit from commissions to start with- bankers, realtors, developers.... NONE of those in my book are professions of integrity at any level especially in recent times...
NONE of those whome work in the real world as those who do the actual building, constructing or maintaining of such things...
AND just because my small business is what it is today (makes me a lot of honest money to live on), don't let that fool you as I was also involved for some years in global project development/consulting work and dealing to banking at wholesale and retail levels to where my eyes got opened up to just how deep & complex financials cams have been by those who supposedly care about the local community or citizens, when they are the very ones who get State laws created in their favour to make illicit things they do "legal" while if I or others did, we would be criminal felons... Just like lawyers here in NC, whereas their "lobbying group" has State laws created under "rules of ethics" whereas what they deem as ethical, would make you or I criminal felons if we tried doing the same sleezy business practices regarding clients-
I know Trump is doing all he can from his campaign promises, but knowing reality out there from a small business operation and National contacts, I am very uneasy seeing DOW 30 gaining nearly 6000 points just this year alone... Historical indeed...
