You forgot how if they bidwhack it down to 0, they still promised the remaining ghost of a company a blank check at their discretion.

If viva requests $3m and they make $1m destroying us along the way... they still gotta write a check on demand for $2m at the end and get "no bid" shares in return.

That plan is a good way to lose $1m.
