Yes, someone should have done that. It seems there is still chance to do that, no idea how much time left, though. nep2134 might do that with the 5 figure dollar, which could turn out to be enough, who knows.
And about the other issue, I think that they want to make it sure that the company is killed completely and finally. Just my imagination.
