Another question..do you happen to know if one of those mining progs from this plus program use the GPU instead of the CPU?
The name implies to me that cpuminer utilizes the CPU for crunching and I know that the graphic card is much better for what this does.

I think the ones we have available on HappyPool use the CPU processor only. There seems to be a program if you want to explore GPU mining it might have to be run at the same time

I haven't tried this it is still in development and there is no support for it yet really but if you are so inclined this is where to look for more information. You said you have advanced computer skills this might be something to take a look at but for the average user this is neither required nor recommended. Nobody would be able to answer questions easily.

Perhaps you can experiment and figure out something, but be cautious. Because running mining programs for the CPU on top of running the for the GPU might overheat the computer and even possibly damage the electronics. Not recommended. I think for our purposes here in this forum for now GPU mining isn't required especially with the PlusOneCoin blockchain being new.
