Sabre your business is your business . The SEC reports tell it as it is & not a Fairytale . Management has Never shown a Profit . Management cost me money ,since they award themselves bonus & keep their salaries ,without performing .

If this company was ever listed on the Nasdq ,analysts would tear it to pieces . They would use all the SEC filings & this stock would be selling for nada & get delisted . Maybe this is the real reason edig management delayed the Nasdq filing .

just wondering, since you are "quite comfortable" with your investment, why would you care if Cliff spends 24/7 trying to "save" folks?

And what would the "other reasons" be? What are you suggesting?

Sabre68,

Are you proud to be a 'non-savvy' investor?

I started out buying edig shares as a non-savvy investor. But after a year and a half of unrealized "expectations" I finally caught onto the scam and was able to bail out at over $3.00/share.

What I find curious is that I apparently figured out the scam much more quickly than many former "Longs" who appeared to have a much greater handle on investing that I do who NOW hold a dim view of e.Digital's prospects for success.

If I really believed they were just now figuring out they'd been had I could feel real smart for bailing out at 10x the current pps. But I suspect they've always known this company was extremely over-valued and had little chance of actually capitalizing on their proprietary "technology". I suspect it's just their way of continuing to play mind games on the message boards.

Here's hoping you don't lose all your $$ before you learn what's really going on here.
