DG when you say, "at a time" do you mean Fife can convert more than 9.99% of each entity? If so my thinking is wrong, I thought the reason for the multiple entities was to only convert the 9.99% but do it multiple times to gain control and leverage. If Fife can convert "all his debt" how could that ever happen without a willing party buying billions of shares?
