ONCI - I hear you, but when you least expect it the OTC has a way of breathing life back into good companies that have been beaten up.
It's the garbage that never recover.
ONCI is a ticker that can make it all go away with a single PR.
There are any number of outstanding items (meetings, pilot deals, late term negotiations, CO move, Name change, Blowout FINS, MJ) You name it, all possible in the near term, and many likely to DOMINO others into effect as well creating another AUG-SEPT type period.
It may not happen Monday but it will happen
