ONCI FINS OUT 12/15

AUDITED FINS WILL BE OUT WHEN THEY ARE DUE WHICH IS 1/31 BECAUSE QUARTERS ARE NEVER AUDITED.

YOU ONLY AUDIT FULL YEAR NUMBERS. THAT'S WHY AUDIT IS 1/31 VS 12/15.

ONCI

If you look at last year's Q/K filing, you'll see the quarterly (called 'annual') was out on time on the 15th (45 days after end of Q-October 31st) and then five days later ONCI basically put out its K (yearend) which had the numbers (they were NOT on the Q of 12/15/16).

SB may do the same this year or wait to have the audited numbers closer to 1/31/17... we'll see.

On another note, it's really more up to Colorado SOS and FINRA as to why the name/ticker changes have not taken place by that 12/8 timeline (not sure if SOS/FINRA work together on this). I've heard from those 'in the know' that FINRA is extremely shorthanded with staff to review all requests/applications in a more timely manner and I've personally experienced the lengthy time it takes as with DOLV/JBZY... while there's a little difference in that it was a 'Reverse Merger' I suspect the shortage of staff relative to the enormous number of applications (with some being quite complex) is a big factor. I also believe a company has some say as to the timing of a posting showing on FINRA's site but only after a company's given the green light and I think it needs to be within 10 days of approval by FINRA (not sure if there's something similar with SOS). And btw, it was months between the name change on SOS site and name/ticker change on FINRA Daily List site.

Very best to you and all with ONCI/HEXA!
