VRA look like it is breaking out past previous resistance. The shorts must be getting nervous on the progress. Going from a low in the $8 range to over $18 now can be attracting risk tolerant investors. The other thing is that tax loss selling --of the risk of it--is declining as the stock advances. Which takes sellers out of the market.
