I agree with Samroux's statement though...this guy had a pretty lackadaisical attitude when 700+ million shares were added to the O/S for a measly 50k...something does not compute here...he needs to get on that principal's case and have him transfer the shares back into the treasury, unless its too late (which it likely is)...instead of spending 500k for equipment he should have spent 400k, taken a bank loan of 100k against that and used the 100k left to buy off the certs...Chris, perhaps you should challenge him with this and see whether he is really on the up and up...with 500k at hand at least part of his priority should have been to buy back those certs...no excuse for allowing close to a billion shares creep into the O/S for a measely 50k...hope the other two don't follow and add another couple of billion to the O/S in the coming days...
