I really don't think that there were that many defenders of the board.
Steve King yes including me. Since Phil T died I don't think that he had any real control. Think that Garnick was controlling the trials and their format.
Let us see how the end game is played.Repeating myself lets see what we hear next monday.
Since we haven't heard anything from North guess that Bavi wasn't mentioned tonight. Oh well really didn't expect it.

sulaco, RONIN may have been villified, well they were by me due to the IMO hostile way they approached this, but who defended the BoD (I suppose we are talking about ES, CJ and DP).

And yet Ronin was vilified right here and the OLD BOD vigorously defended here for MONTHS.

RONIN is of the hook through the settlement PROVIDED that the BoD actions in the near future do NOT show any agenda or collusion between ex-team-PPHM and RONIN.

But ES, CJ and DP have certainly not got any defence on here, unless the posts were removed and I missed them, by ANYONE. Even I, of which you cannot say that I was a BoD supporter - for other reasons then most on here and majorly to do with the poison pill -, deviced a method to remove them while letting RONIN in with the unbalance the PPHM white vote strategy.

So I can follow you on RONIN having been vilified but you will have to show the 'vigorous defence' of the 3 PPHM Musketeers. I'll say nothing about Charles de Batz de Castelmore d'Artagnan because he is sitting on the bench at this moment as CEO only (non-BoD member).

They did but the "NOMINATING COMMITTEE" somehow used comps that put 300K as the median salary for peers in the industry.

It is nice to be king.
