You are correct, the number can be backed off. Currently 3,104,167 warrants are not in the money.

So maybe 33 million shares fully diluted. My point in originally posting was someone was saying no dilution and someone else saying 24,000,000 shares both of which were incorrect.

I think the restaurant is a very cool idea and it is in my interest that it succeeds!
