Listen, Pink Sheets are inherently unreliable / sketchy, so if I chose to have a company trading at the PS level, I would be accepting the risk associated to being at the unreliable, sketchy PS level. I would not appreciate that someone used my stock symbol at all for their purpose, but that is the way it goes....
I would work hard to move up the ladder to be fully reporting, etc.
