@Rap and @Sam...I think the note story is done and its all warrants story now. Delcath had to extinguish only 50% of notes by new issuance with the remainder paid by release of equivalent release of restricted cash. There will be temporary stablization of pps and then further issuance for operating cash starting new year on an as needed basis. So only dilution story is for warrants now, however if H2 is right and warrants trade as DCTHW separately then its all done....its regular secondary market trading..with only upside and profit taking drops....my bet tomorrow we will see north of $0.10...IMO...GTLY
