They did. Thats why they issued a letter updating rules. Now they are asking companies to spot every jerk out there and proactively tell them "It's not me".
Sad thing is how the bleep do they expect these companies to have any kind of awareness so peep know about them....oh I know...advertise on otcmarkets or ihub, hmn, cheaper than a tv commercial or even a national print ad. Mo money Mo money Mo Money!
