Shareholders have certainly earned the right to ask some pointed questions, the company has taken their money and pissed it away while they’ve watched their shares depreciate massively in value for more than a decade.
As a matter of fact if investors want proof of this being a scam or not all they have to do is ask some difficult questions, if these guys become agitated or defensive it’s a scam. Honest companies are ready and willing to answer the hard pointed questions.
