It really does not matter as the fins disclose they do not likely have the funds , revenue, or assets to continue operating , but yet some are still trying to pump it.

Alliance address, this is from yesterdays quarterly report page 20. See at the bottom of what I pasted. Looks like Alliance is co-located in the same office as EAPH.

In June of 2017, the Company executed an agreement with 1124123 Ontario Inc., operating and known as
Alliance Group. The agreement calls for a $1.3 Million dollar investment in Canadian Currency to
purchase a 50% ownership interest in 45 acres out of 135 a
cres of land, zoned for agricultural use, owned
by Alliance Group, located in Georgina County north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada which includes an
operating interest in its medical / recreational marijuana business for the country of Canada who are in the
process of acquiring clearance to grow, cultivate, harvest, distribute and sell medical / recreational
marijuana for Canada. At Easton’s option, the Company can transfer its interest in the medical /
recreational marijuana business in favor of a 50% ownersh
ip interest in the property’s aggregate business
located on the remaining 90 acres of the property zoned for industrial use, which is comprised of but not
limited to, dumping, manufacturing of cement, recycling and manufacturing of certain industrial produ
cts.
