DNLI IPOs 16.0M* shares @$18.00

Based on the amended S-1 (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1714899/000119312517363254/d445892ds1a.htm), looks like there will be about 90M shares outstanding after this offering. It looks like the fully-diluted share count will be approximately 104M shares outstanding. So, about a fully-diluted market cap of about $1.9 billion at that offering price. For better or worse, I'm still inclined to wait for some safety data in man at least. ; ) Still, seems like a very innovative company and I will be following them.

DNLI > from $100M IPO to $280M...that's incredible demand for a pre-clinical bio. Their mgt team looks stellar though.
