BBD, We are awaiting the Notice of Effectiveness. That will allow the company to obtain the funds for the closing of the Enertrade acquisition. The closing should occur within a week after the Notice of Effectiveness. However, our company has been selling electricity through Enertrade since the inception of the agreement approved by the TxPUC. It is my understanding that those sales have been accruing to our benefit. I could be wrong on this as it has been quite a while since the TxPUC approval. JMHO GLTA!
