How is Ronin involved? They signed off on the Peregrine plan and was happy with three of their nominees to the BOD. Ronin can still have considerable influence with their vote.

Good to know.

PPHH can't flourish with the dark cloud of the past corruption / incompetence lingering.

Things are looking up...it is simply amazing the drag these jerks had on the share price and company success.

jakeDM, unless RONIN (and the PPHM trio) lied to us there is no longer such thing as RONIN or CJ, ES and DP involvement.

They ALL claimed (incl. in the settlement) that they have put in place an INDEPENDENT BoD and that means they have NO GRIP on it.

So unless you are suspecting that this is not so and RONIN and/or ES, CJ and DP still control things, there is no more RONIN, or for that matter ES, CJ and DP, involvement.

ALL THE MERITS OF WHAT HAPPENS NEXT ARE FOR THE NEW 7 BoD MEMBERS.

RONIN's merits are from BEFORE the settlement (and we saw the PPS Drop and Rise, both, not just rise) in creating a situation where the 1-vote re-election of BoD members was disabled. That is RONIN's big thing.

As for the merits of ES, CJ and DP, IMO, there contribution limits itself to the fact that ever hostile party that would have wanted to attack PPHM through its shareholder ship would have for sure ran into the poison pill and were over compensated for it.

So now, all PPHM's good and bad things come back to the current BoD that AS OF there instalment had UNBOUND power to rectify, change etc everything with the exception of some 'pursuit' possibilities against the old-BoD.
