This is my own opinion. During the pilot programs, I believe that one of the companies participating brought up a scenario that no one ever thought of. (isn't that what pilot programs are all about) Anyway, the CurAegis team had to address that scenario, thus a setback that wasn't anticipated.
I don't believe that there is an issue with the technology. It was an issue that no one could have expected unless it was something that only a company participating in the program would have raised as an issue. If I read the Oct and Dec updates correctly, this is what I got from them. Also, this did not affect ALL companies so that seems to say it was something that could concern companies in regard to whatever the issue is.
I believe the team just has to work this scenario into the platform. JMO
