If you listen to the replay of Mc's 12/5 presentation (sounded like nice attendance too) he stated that he wants to slowly roll out the first dozen units and be extra cautious by supporting those before cranking up mass production. So the "limited release" of a dozen comes before major production hits. He stated that over-supporting these first few is better than under-supporting them.

I fully expected 12 to be sold and placed by end of 2019. I don't doubt that orders will pour in BUT I do believe that will be someone else's issue by then. Putting revenue on the books is a good first step !!
