If they have super good news coming, then the whole OTC world need to see n know about it...can't release news just to keep n attract only the Longs...we need new traders/investors...n most important is: institional buyers not sellers...if they meet all those great conditions... Issuing news at the right time n places...n not selling ...not ask stacking or bidwhacking...then the price can easily go above $.25 cents...
