He won't stop, she won't stop, why stop, when it has proven so lucrative to just gift yourself free shares in the millions, and then turn around and sell them on the open market.

Clearly what they consistently do is not illegal. Or they would have been busted by the feds and sec, any one of the hundreds of times they have done this over the last few years. If they can do it and get away with it, why not keep right on doing it?

Not to mention the "mazzuto scheme" or the other companies they have made completely worthless doing the exact same thing.

They have found their ultimate ATM machine, and it keeps refilling itself because of unwary newbies attempting to get in on "pot stock".

Once you feed a stray cat, it keeps coming back for more, they have fed well off the "buzz" of marijuana stocks, and they are surely fat and happy, and ready to dump more of their free shares above .25 in order to refill their feeding troughs.

Way too many shady deals in trtc stock, from triple leasing the same property, to a majority of company expenses going into board member side businesses, to a potential reverse split which the Ceo can initiate at will, faaaarrrrr to scammy for me.

Insider selloff is a sure sign of pending disaster for common shareholders. Any gain over 15% is bled dry by insiders selling. This will prevent any really good gains for common shareholders.

I mean they can buy at .09 as per their contract, and even at .20, they have more than double their money. But wait, there hasn't been an insider purchase in years, or maybe ever, except the new inside guy, who is now also stuck in at .20. But he didn'the even buy those, he was compensated those shares. Poor guy. They get shares free. But made him think his shares were worth .20...

Just more of the same for trtc. Buy at high risk. Insiders have positioned themselves against the shareholders. Be warned.
