There was no contention--just facts. The listed compensation in Form 10 was for 2014. Ed informed shareholders that he wasn't taking a salary in 2015. The 2015 audited 10-k shows he spoke truthfully.

The point I was making is, under the Jobs Act, he doesn't have to reveal his full comp package, that this option was stated in the Form 10, and reviewed by SEC.
