Do you need to give a credit card number to reserve shares? In my research on regulation A ipo's, there is a period where they 'test the waters' to see if there's enough investor interest to warrant an ipo, then there is the next phase of taking orders, or reservations maybe? I don't know. I can't tell from yr feedback which phase its in.
