CETX 4th quarter revenues DROPPED by 10% over the same quarter last year

CETX 4th quarter EPS DROPPED by 40% over the same quarter last year

those are the FACTS

this is NOT a good thing

typical short responses here... company is trending in the right direction. lower EPS is due to more shares issued prior to the rights offering and the companies revenues are trending in the right direction.

Also EPS takes a hit cuz of the dividend.
