Price stabilization is just the result of Maxim not unloading the next 10 million shares they will be selling soon, they are very likely just letting the price go up a little as to not scare off almost every person buying this POS... they just don't want to completely dry the well and not have any more buyers for the next 10-30 million shares they need to sell to get their money back.
They are just waiting for the right moment to strike back again.
