Yeah every time I post here as of recent someone is reminding me what the BOD have effectively voted and approved. That's information is good to know if it where a privately held company. With this being a publicly traded company there is the veto power that finra holds. So I'll keep monitoring finra's daily list and until I see the split confirmed. Until then it's hearsay no matter what the letter head document reads. $SIML
