Cellucci has aligned himself with David Mersky and DarkPulse - obviously for pumping purposes only.

Cellucci enjoys bragging about all of his government connections but he is dealing with Mersky and O'Leary.

And it is still amazing after all of the photos of Cellucci with government officials - then Cellucci talking about how close he is to Trump - but he is forced to use toxic financing for the company to survive.

Cellucci has been pumping since at least 2014 and the results according to the financials have been dismal at best.
