Klinsmann... why would ARGS dilute at 0.16$ when there is good news coming and the PPS will move up? They stated there was money till half 2018. Why sell shares at these crazy pps? They don't need the money at this point.

You see... there was a 125000 Block at the Sal 0.1584. A 10000+ trade took it out... manipulation at its best imo
