If we combine our total shares for 51% ownership of the O/S, we can force the CEO to do something positive or to resign.

Then from there, possibilities are endless!

No one is untouchable! if the SEC cannot get him, INTERPOL can!

but obviously no one wants to get there! if the CEO shares the same vision as shareholders, which is to increase shareholder value, it's a win-win for everyone!
