Am sure you believe what you have posted. STILL the "MARKET" clearly does not. As the PPS value has held to the low penny trading area. WHY ? if its so much more. Untill that gets resolved , one way or another, JBZY remains a "GAMBLE" at best.

And the recent article this week, below, from the same official government website, stating that local officials visited Zhongji Ming Yang at their Beijing headquarters to further discuss this project.

The article is on the front page of the Qintang government website, first article in the section titled "Investment".

A cooperation between Zhongji Ming Yang and the Qintang District local government cannot be denied.

Thanks GF for the great post. Investors need to understand for every piece of DD that we confirm there are hundreds of activities that the company must complete. I’m sure the Execs understand the importance of shareholders. However, since they are adequately funded and following a well orchestrated strategic plan ssp is low on their priority list. In time this will change and longs will be rewarded big time. I expect activity to escalate Q2 &Q3 of calendar 2018. I am willing to wait!
