Yes, you are right though, this airline should be flying. I expect if we were part of the acquisition team and were presented with the facts we would have made the same decision to pass on it. Had the deal been what was anticipated and hoped for by all and turned out not to be in the best interest. Then what would the "press" be writing? What is a fella to do, go ahead and buy a sick pig and pay a bigger price later? So be glad our team had enough sense and experience to pass. Once the financials are out and we learn of a better deal then we see a new day and a much higher PPS.
