My guess is deal (not sure what kind of) coming in Q1/2018. They are waiting the merging between sub and holding co. expected to be completed at or prior year end.
I think this move is preparatory for any big deal.
In the meanwhile sector is retracing and tax sellers could bring it down a bit again. We clearly need solid news. Partnerships talks are ongoing and they need time to be finalized though.
Per recent approved proposals they now have all the incentives to sign a deal.
